Andreas Makris, President

Investor & Entrepreneur that is highly motivated, self-starter that thrives on challenge. Andreas started his career in 2002 in the hospitality industry and became a partner of a 5 location restaurant group. 2014, Andreas purchased New Horizon Movers, a residential/commercial moving company, and doubled its revenue by the 2nd year of acquiring it. 2017 he acquired Chestnut Mill Storage, a self storage facility, and increased profits by 40% in 18 months. During his time, he was always trying to find a way, on how to capture real-time customer feedback. That is when in early 2019, the idea of Big Mouth Survey came about.

Michael Kansky, CRO

Creative leader with a keen sense of identifying investment opportunities, developing and growing businesses, and scaling and optimizing operations with technology. Contagious passion for customer service and customer experience. Founded LiveHelpNow in 2005, an Inc 500 (#84) company, a customer service software as a service with more than 8000 active clients and HelpSquad in 2011, a mid-size virtual contact center serving more than 2000 active clients. A customer experience “learn and act” consultative company was Michael’s dream since 2001 finally realized in 2019 with the birth of Big Mouth Survey.

Product Developer and Solution Architect with an exceptional eye for Design and User Experience. With 25 years of hands-on experience in both development and marketing working with multiple agencies in both Europe and USA, he brings a wealth of knowledge while always keeping the customer in mind. In managing the team at Insane Lab, an award winning Product Development agency and the technical partner with Big Mouth Survey, he also bridges the technology-customer gap beautifully.
